PLACE OF ENDOTHELIAL DYSFUNCTION IN THE FORMATION OF OBSTRUCTIVE PULMONARY DISEASE IN ARTERIAL HYPERTENSION

Abstract

Chronic obstructive pulmonary disease and arterial hypertension are common diseases with the formation of cardiorespiratory comorbidity, which mutually aggravates the condition of patients, forming certain features of the course of the disease due to the commonality of some links of pathogenesis. The article presents literature data on the role of endothelial dysfunction in the progression of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease in arterial hypertension.
