Tursunbaev shahram01@inbox.ru U.U. Abdullaeva shahram01@inbox.ru This article presents the results of a study of the effectiveness of using screen simulation technologies in developing practical skills in students of pediatric faculties. A comparative analysis of the level of development of professional competencies in students who studied using screen simulators and students who received education using traditional methods was conducted. The study showed a statistically significant advantage of simulation training in developing clinical thinking and practical skills of future pediatricians. 2025-05-10T00:00:00+00:00 Copyright (c) 2025 European journal of molecular medicine https://ejournals.id/index.php/EJMM/article/view/1114 ANGIOGRAPHIC INDICATORS IN PATIENTS WITH CORONARY ARTERY DISEASE AFTER REVASCULARIZATION AGAINST THE BACKGROUND OF LIVER DYSFUNCTION 2025-04-21T10:32:58+00:00 N.R. Raimkulova shahram01@inbox.ru O.Y. Mukhitdinovà shahram01@inbox.ru Patients with coronary artery disease (CAD), particularly those with metabolic disorders, including liver dysfunction, belong to a group at very high risk of developing cardiovascular events. This literature review provides a detailed analysis of studies examining the clinical and angiographic indicators in CAD patients with impaired liver function. 2025-04-21T00:00:00+00:00 Copyright (c) 2025 European journal of molecular medicine https://ejournals.id/index.php/EJMM/article/view/1130 TYPES AND METHODS OF ECONOMIC ANALYSIS OF A COMPANY'S PERFORMANCE IN THE CONSTRUCTION INDUSTRY 2025-05-13T10:06:21+00:00 D. Mukhitdinova shahram01@inbox.ru N.R. Raimkulova shahram01@inbox.ru Considering the severe clinical condition of patients with multifocal atherosclerosis, as well as the high percentage of complications that arise in the early hospital stage after surgical procedures, minimally invasive, low-trauma endovascular interventions have recently been used for the treatment of this category of patients (Henry M., Henry I., Polidor A., et al., 2007; Likharev A.Yu., Tarbaeva N.V., 2008). Further research is being conducted to identify clinical and diagnostic markers of chronic myocardial ischemia progression in the course of invasive therapy. A comprehensive set of modern scales is accessible and effective for practical healthcare. The positive effects of antithrombotic therapy after PCI are undeniable but require additional investigation, particularly considering liver function status and the selection of safer treatment regimens. 2025-04-21T00:00:00+00:00 Copyright (c) 2025 European journal of molecular medicine
