Abstract
Migration is a defining characteristic of modern society, particularly within the context of globalization. Industrial regions often grapple with the challenges of integrating migrants, balancing significant economic benefits against potential social and cultural tensions. Successful integration strategies minimize risks while amplifying the positive outcomes of migration. This paper explores effective integration practices employed in various industrial regions worldwide.
