An analysis of risk factors contributing to the development of posture disorders is carried out, including specific loads, asymmetric distribution of muscle activity and discrepancy between the training process and the age characteristics of children. Particular attention is paid to preventive measures and correction methods, including specialized exercises, postural control and the role of coaches in the formation of correct motor skills.
