Abstract
Annotation.The article deals with the problem of the generative basis of the language. A three-stage system of verbal information codification is characterized: the deep subcortical substance of language, the differentiation of the content plan and the expression plan in the neocortex, the mechanisms of the growth of verbal information in the socio-cultural space.
