Abstract
Today, e-commerce is replacing traditional commerce around the world, allowing
consumers to engage in business activities inseparably from production, creating opportunities
for consumers to choose and purchase products at a convenient time, place and speed. In
e-commerce, which is important in reducing unnecessary time and costs, it is also important
not to infringe on the rights and interests of the parties, and not to harm the consumer. In
e-commerce, unfair trade practices and methods to eliminate them as an injury to competitors
and consumers play an important role in the development of e-commerce.
