Abstract
this article will talk about modern methods of developing critical thinking of
students based on the application of advanced pedagogical technologies in the process of
teaching philosophy in the pedagogical higher education system of our country. At the same
time, the concept of critical thinking, the role of critical thinking in the knowledge of
philosophy, the necessary stages of the formation of critical thinking in a modern audience
are covered. As well as philosophical debates and the main pedagogical conditions under
which they are conducted on the basis of the method of "Mental attack" are revealed
scientifically.
