POSTURAL DISORDERS IN SCHOOLCHILDREN ENGAGED IN SPORTS: RISK FACTORS, PREVENTION AND CORRECTION
Abstract
The presented review examines the features of posture formation in schoolchildren attending sports sections, as well as the influence of various types of physical activity on the condition of the spine. An analysis of risk factors contributing to the development of posture disorders is carried out, including specific loads, asymmetric distribution of muscle activity and discrepancy between the training process and the age characteristics of children. Particular attention is paid to preventive measures and correction methods, including specialized exercises, postural control and the role of coaches in the formation of correct motor skills. Modern approaches to diagnostics and monitoring of posture in young athletes are presented.Downloads
