RECONSTRUCTIVE PLASTIC SURGERY IN THE COMBINED TREATMENT OF A MALIGNANT TUMOR OF THE ORAL CAVITY. (literature review)

Abstract

The Republic of Uzbekistan has seen an increase in oncological diseases in
recent years. But in the structure of cancer of the oral cavity and pharynx, there are some
lower morbidity rates due to large-scale preventive measures among the population. According
to the statistical report, 2522 patients with malignant tumors of the oral cavity and pharynx
were registered in the Republic of Uzbekistan in 2015, which amounted to 8 per 100
thousand of the population. In 2019 , there was a slight decrease in the incidence and
amounted to 2376 patients per year, but per 100 thousand people it was 7.1.
