Abstract

American professor Mitchell D. at one time called osteochondrosis of the spine
- "a demon in the back." Modern man, due to urbanization, suffers from the deterioration
of environmental conditions due to improper diet and quality of nutrition, a sedentary
lifestyle, all this affects the change in the structure of the spine (1, 5).
